How will remote support and the helpdesk help my company?
Our RelaxRate customers can access our hotline remote support for their printers.
Remote support allows us to quickly diagnose the problem and get you printing again with minimal disruption. And there are even more benefits!
1. Hotline supportOur helpdesk team is here to support you - either with giving you advises for self-service or organizing a technician visit to you.
2. Remote issue resolvingReduce the need for on-site repairs. Some issues can be resolved remotely. If an on-site visit is required, having precise data means our field engineers arrive optimally prepared.
3. Printer is always uptimeMachine uptime is maximised. Real-time data enables us to analyse and solve problems, check individual parts’ lifetime, and act proactively before a breakdown.
How does it work?
1. Error code appears on your printerIf during operation, any issues occur, the device will alert you with a message.
2. Reach out to Copytech Service TeamOnce you receive this alert, just reach out to our Copytech support team. You can do this via phone or e-mail during working hours (Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm)
3. Direct Remote SupportAs soon as our team recieves your report we will deliver the support required. This may be done remotely or on site by one of our experienced technicians.
4. Back to business - Issue solved!Once the repair is complete you can return to printing as usual! The printer will continue to monitor and will raise an alert if needed.
