You can choose from a range of materials depending on your requirements. We offer White PP (Vinyl), Semi-Gloss paper, and other special materials for special applications such as wine and spirits. 

We recommend White PP (Vinyl), it is highly waterproof and can withstand freezing temperatures as well. 

Yes, contact us to arrange a sample printout of your label. 

There are no strict color restrictions. However, for the best results, we recommend using CMYK colors in your designs. Keep in mind that the appearance of colors on the final printed label may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. 

Your file should be in Adobe Illustrator format ensure that your file is high-resolution for the best print quality.  

Use only CMYK colors as this is digital printing. Make sure to place the “cutline” in a separate layer and always check for text outline and image linkage. If you have any concerns about file compatibility, contact us so we can assist you on that.

The processing time for orders varies based on the type of labels and quantity, the process of printing and die cutting takes between 48-72 working hours 

For any changes or modifications to your order, please contact our team as soon as possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but keep in mind that orders move quickly through our production process. 

If you're not satisfied with your order, in that case, contact us and we will work with you to address your concerns, this may involve a reprint, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
